I have been robbed of my peace, sense of security, tranquility, and enjoyment of my property. The friendly atmosphere of my community is now lost because of the divisiveness created by the host farmers.

I am surrounded by seven 3 MW industrial wind turbines within a 2 KM radius, eleven within 3KM and 25 within 5 KMs. The following is a list of physical and emotional symptoms that I have been experiencing since the project was commissioned on November 2, 2016.

Heart palpitations

Sleep disturbances

Increased joint pains

Delayed perception

Brain fog

Head Pressure

Continual stress

Feelings of hopelessness

I am also aware that prolonged exposure to infrasound/vibrations is a causation of vibro acoustic disease. Symptoms are not usually noticeable until the cases are very serious and are irreversible.

This knowledge is very concerning to…

How Dare The Government Lawyers and Government Doctors Play God.

I am writing this as a follow-up to my email to various members of the Ontario provincial parliament.

The author grants permission to post this email for public viewing and sharing.

First, I believe a great many voters believed that the Premier Doug Ford government would scrap the Green Energy Act and cancel the wind turbine contracts due to the enormous subsidies that are bleeding the Ontario economy.

Not so, The Ford Progressive Conservative government proposes to keep the GEA.,,

Does this have anything to do with lobbyists with conflicts of interest being on the PC executive?

We should not be surprised given the evidence of influence of lobbyists in influencing the previous liberal government in implementing the GEA subsidies/FIT and then continuing to prop up the ERT decisions with their lawyers, and the government hence disregarding demands for a moratorium.

Wrt Municipal Government; say what!   The subsidies are Ok as long as municipalities are part of the planning process.  Like, do farmers get a subsidy because all crops are green and convert carbon dioxide to oxygen and food carbohydrate, and soil regeneration programs on the farm sequester carbon into the ground, and trees, also sequester carbon?  Regenerative Agriculture are a key part of Ag. Canada and OMAFRA.   Do government departments not talk to each other?

I observe that “renewable energy” is something ill defined by the non-farmers, and non-experts that reside in the city that is choking with automobile gridlock and automobile exhaust, and gangsters bullets flying everywhere every day.   Who are they to be telling the rest of the province what is good for us!  A city that declared itself ‘sanctuary’ paying the price, causing the province and the country to pay the price in many ways.

Surely the government realizes the reason why they before Christmas recalled parliament for emergency legislation to ensure the nuclear power workers would stay on the job and not cause the lights to go out only because the approximately 6700 wind turbines installed over the past 10 years are unable to keep the lights on,

The solution is NOT to build more wind turbines, but to scrap this failed program.   And very importantly to address the issues of those victimized by the low frequency noise.  The government is in violation of the Precautionary Principle, and there are numerous reports about the consequences of wind turbines causing serious health concerns of cardiac arrest and contaminated drinking water.

There is actually a bigger picture, and it seems most of us missed this last act of the Ontario liberals, is to use the pension funds to buy the wind turbine contracts from the developers. While some suggest I say this loosely, a check of the governance of pension plans reveals the very close ties between governments and the various pension plans, ie.  pension fund management comes under the purview of the government, and any ‘investment’ in the taxpayer and ratepayer subsidized renewable energy projects, becomes very dependent on the subsidy and other ‘friendly’ government policies.

Would the wind turbine contracts be worth anything if the subsidy is removed, and if the sales of wind energy had to compete with natural gas or nuclear.  The answer is obviously NO …. unless you are part of the government brainwash.  No private investor would be purchasing these wind turbine contracts, and that is why the developers sold (short selling) these contracts to the government and pension fund managers who in their salacious relationship can ensure the subsidies can and will continue via the feed in tariffs.

Over the past 10 years, no new housing developments, no new apartment blocks, no new factories, no new commercial/retail buildings have installed dedicated wind turbines to provide power to them.  All power from wind and solar is subsidized and therefore NOT economically viable as an integral part of any business given the options of nuclear and natural gas.

So, this is really an insider deal to transfer ownership of otherwise worthless wind turbine contracts to the government or government governed agencies in the knowledge that the liberals will no longer be in power and this deal took place literally in the months and weeks prior to Doug Ford forming the new government with a supposed mandate to cancel the Green Energy Act, ie. the basis for the wind turbine contracts.

Who pays and who benefits?

Ratepayers, and taxpayers, working families, farms, business small and large all pay for the subsidy including the wind turbine priority access to market, and also pay for the excess wind energy that is given away at super low prices to the US.

Who benefits is easy to see when you look at who are the employers, and the employees of those many defined pension benefit plans, ie. they all work for the big government, federal, provincial, and municipal.

In essence, the private sector business and all who do not work for the government are propping up the pensions of government workers by way of this deal.

The managers of these pension funds have decided to put government workers pensions at risk propped up by the lucrative Feed in Tariff contracts.    Does the government have the gonads to pull the plug on the wind turbine contracts.  It appears NOT….no gonads to do the right thing, Queens Park is just blowing in the wind.

Is there a word that captures this deal…it is a pyramid…. That is accepted by some large accountancy firms,    The caveat printed in invisible ink is that the subsidy provides the ‘opportunity for investment…’.

General Motors announcing they are leaving Ontario we observe has not been a sufficient wake up call for even the newly minted PC government.  Other businesses have already left over the past 10 years. You say Ontario is open for business. I call you on that…. Eh, the provincial credit rating is going further lower.

This is deal another example of the government stealing money from the private sector middle class and giving it to themselves, ie. government workers, make them feel good, and hopefully government workers will vote for the government of the day.   What seniors get via CPP and OAS amounts to a mere approximately $1500 a month depending on their years of work.  However, an Public Service or Teacher’s defined benefits pensions pays so much more, those pensions are being paid for by the many more lower wage earners of private sector workers.

This deal is quite the trick on the eve of the Wynne liberal government being turfed, and it appears that this trick has fooled what should be a pro-business, capitalist government that is proposing to continue this liberal scheme of government and renewable energy corporate welfare.

I call this not just the way I see it, but the way it needs to be seen, and we deserve better than be hoodwinked.

In this ERT decision, there is acknowledgement of harm, but it is deemed not serious.  How dare the government lawyers and government doctors play god.  What is the dividing line between serious harm, and ‘non serious harm’?

How much time duration of the non serious harm would add up cumulatively, or integrate into serious harm?

The solution is not to attempt any explanation of these questions, but to insist on zero tolerance for any harm, and shut down the wind turbines.

Thank you for reading, allow me to summarize the three main points:

  1. The decision making process of the government is corrupted by the non-independence of government from lobbyists who are normally independent and constitutionally communicate via the opposition parties in the parliament. Lobbyists have access to the very ‘brains’ of the conservative party forming the government by operating within the executive.

2. The pension funds become funded by two sources of financing; one being the subsidy of the same pensioners in paying for electricity and taxes; and the second source of ‘finance’ is what needs to be called the slave labour of children who mine the essential materials for wind turbine and solar electric components in unethical working conditions, making the entire supply chain of the pension funds unethical, and a pyramid scheme.

3. Thirdly, the argument of non-serious harm being acceptable is simply not justice, rather malpractice of justice, that also ignores the integrated/cumulative harm.  And, we are not just talking about harm to adults, we are talking about harm to children alive and unborn, and harm to pets and livestock, harm to birds and bats.

 Yours truly,    Eric

DEADLINE TO COMMENT~ January 18, 2019

Ontario is playing fast and fancy with recent amendments to the renamed Green Energy Act.  It is not the time to be silent.   Use your voice and let them know what you think about Grand Fatheringexisting renewable energy approvals (REA) of  industrial wind turbine complexes being built and those operated in our province.

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing is also proposing a regulation to address transition issues related to restoring municipal planning authority.

The proposed regulation would:

  • establish the transition rules for grandfathering existing renewable energy projects, as these projects may not comply with municipal planning documents and would require regulatory protection to continue
  • provide that, despite its repeal, section 62.0.2 of the Planning Act would continue to apply to specific…

Decoding The United Nations Agenda

CONNECTING THE DOTS, Decoding the United Nations agenda, and the liberal lies, naivety and ineptitude.

What are trudeau and Butts and the United Nations hiding when their messaging is “climate change” is happening, and also demanding that migration is a ‘human right’, and that they have brainwashed prime minster trudeau into signing this pact with the UN.

One fact is depletion of fertility of soil just about everywhere, so much so, that the UN recently reported that in about 60 harvests (years) soil depletion will be at the point where are not enough nutrients in the soil to feed ourselves.  Shortages of food is already happening in various parts of the world and that is now and those shortages are a threat to national security of Canada, and in fact all western countries.

Let’s review a bit of history. First starting 30 years ago the UN under Maurice Strong pushed sustainable development.

Now the UN is pushing migration as a ‘human right’.  Whatever happened to sustainable development?

Clearly,  sustainable development under the guidance of the UN has been a failure, and that is why those people cannot feed themselves, and have not built themselves the technical, social, and economic  infrastructure that we have in the west.  (feed somebody for forever is not a solution.   Show people how to grow food so they can feed themselves is the solution.

Now the UN that is an organization representing the ‘failed nations’, has concocted the solution to migrate to where there is food. So, we taxpayers have to buy food from grocery stores and feed those people who just walk in across the open border, and we also pay for their hotel rooms.    If any of us tried getting stuff for free, that would be theft, yet the trudeau liberals give away our money and food to the rest of the world.   That was never part of trudeau’s campaign in 2015.

What trudeau is doing is helping FREELOADERS and that is NOT SUSTAINABLE.   Those people would be better off staying home and actually learning how to feed themselves, and perhaps they have to stand up and overthrow their oppressive dictatorships that are constantly at war with each other, eg. in the middle east.

This problem has a solution, that is called organic farming and regenerative agriculture, ie. building soil fertility rather than just plowing and growing mono-cultures of crops with artificial chemicals that may have provided short term gain but are showing long term problems.   Thank you for bringing the ‘Organic Bill’ to second reading.

As organic farming started to grow in Canada and the US, the big Agri-Chemical companies were saying that organic farming cannot feed the world.  Fact is that after approximately 40 years of growing food with highly engineered chemicals, GMO’s, glyphosate, neonicotines, the chemical companies have proven themselves wrong, and the UN has reported that current methods of farming cannot feed the growing population on earth, and the UN has in fact set targets for gradual depopulation of the earth.  How that will happen, we don’t know.  However any agreement with the UN on those topics of immigration and depopulation we can expect to be national suicide.  In fact, we are seeing the nasty side effects of those chemicals.

The solution in part means getting rid of the big oligarchies, chemical companies who now control, seed, fertilizer, weed sprays and food processing that have set up a system that has resulted in soil depletion everywhere and malnutrition everywhere.

By observation of current government policy, the liberals have no idea how to fix this problem. Immigration cannot fix this problem, and carbon taxes will not fix this problem either, and free food for everybody is not a fix although the liberal priority has been on another type of fix that creates delusions, ie. legalization of marijuana.

The contemporary media like the paparazzi focuses on belittling those who suggest solutions and mislead and distract voters from the real issue….people are on track to starve in a similar way to the potato famine of Ireland during the little ice age of the medieval times.

The issue is NOT climate change.

The solution is not carbon taxes.

The only real issue is food, industry, and freedom from the bonds of slavery created by big government and big business.

Big business has failed wrt wind turbines.

Big business is failing in the area of farming and food processing.

The trudeau liberal agenda is to feed the rest of the world’s population on the backs of the western countries, and everything trudeau does points in that direction. In addition, the lack of birth control, high birth rate is causing the eastern countries to over populate, while at the same time their ability to grow nutritious food is decreasing (UN Report in 2015).

There are many pieces of the puzzle and everybody who votes needs to understand how each piece fits together, and at the center of this messy puzzle are the billionaires who make billions investing in military hardware companies, big pharma, big food processors, and big Agriculture chemicals.

There is ample data that food nutrition has degraded, Neonicotines are killing bees, thus crops are not pollinating and producing food, Glyphosate sprayed on crops for weed control interferes with uptake of nutrients from the soil and interferes with digestion of food. It is the same big chemical/pharma/food companies that are also manufacturing all of the prescription drugs, vitamins, supplements and probiotics that people buy to make up for what ails them, eg. autism, cancer, diabetes, etc., diseases on the rise everywhere.

All of the above make money for big global corporate executives and those investors. Meanwhile back at the farm, ever increasing size of machines for plowing leaves large swaths of land prone to dry out of the soil, releasing carbon from the soil into the atmosphere.

When the soil is dried and has no carbon or only minimal carbon, the soil has zero fertility and becomes what is called blow sand and ripe for dust storms, same as in the “dirty thirties”, and that is happening in all agricultural areas around the world….at the same time, we have government policies on housing that is to pave farmland with wide highways, malls, and houses.   You cannot grow food on concrete, asphalt, or sand.

This is NOT due to global warming.  This problem is caused by a number of factors, and a big factor is bad farming practices being sold to farmers by the big Ag and chemical companies and of course all chemicals are approved by the government. It is all for short term profit by the elite that has brought the world to the brink of starvation, riots and wars, and migrant caravans in search of food and better living conditions. And, bad urban planning.

Canada’s food banks are running on empty, yet the liberals are bringing in more immigrants in an uncontrolled and illegal manner.

The issue with food production, soil and carbon is discussed in this link,

The solution for us is clear….Take control away from the elite, and definitely DO NOT sign any agreement with the UN. The UN is looking for a free lunch that we pay for, and the elite gets the gravy.

Canada must look after our own people first, and tell the UN that they need to look after their own people too.   There is no free lunch.

Deception By Regulation

New regulation under the Planning Act to prescribe transitional provisions for the proposed Green Energy Repeal Act, 2018 (Bill 34)Reads:
The proposed regulation would establish the transition rules for operation and in-process renewable energy undertakings…that despite its repeal, section 62.0.2 of the Planning Act would continue to apply….

The Progressive Conservative party campaign was “for the people” promising to repeal the Green Energy Act; NOT pick and choose.  The party repeatedly said, “Help is on the way.”  The party gave the people of Ontario hope.  What happened??  Please explain why THIS regulation is being put forth.

By CONSERVATIVE Ministers putting forth such regulations you are acting in a manner MUCH worse than the previous government.  The people of Ontario knew better than to believe Liberal mistruths but YOU, as Progressive Conservative representatives, running on a campaign of TRUST, with this regulation, have CLEARLY shown you are no better.  You PROMISED  and then….

Remove this regulation.

Do NOT show the people of Ontario you are no better than your predecessors.

CBC hypes “bleak” Churchill polar bear fate with unsupported claims & falsehoods

Over the weekend in Canada, the CBC ran a polar bear news feature that is now available online (“Polar bears in peril: the bleak future of Churchill bears,” The National, CBC, 3 December 2018). It gave polar bear biologist Nick Lunn of Environment Canada free rein to spread unsubstantiated claims and outright falsehoods about the status of Western Hudson Bay polar bears and sea ice. Apparently, he and the CBC learned nothing from National Geographic‘s fiasco over their starving’ polar bear video last year: they still think the public will be swayed to “act” on human-caused global warming if a persuasive expert tells them that polar bears are on their way to extinction. I expect many were convinced otherwise, since the facts are available for all to see.

No triplet litters born since 1996? Nonsense, as the photo below (from 2017) shows.

Canadian polar bears still not threatened with extinction says conservation committee

At recent meeting of the Committee on the Status of Endangered Wildlife in Canada (COSEWIC), biologists decided to continue to list the polar bear as a species of ‘Special Concern.’ About 2/3 of the world’s polar bears live in Canada and the balance of all evidence (including Inuit knowledge) indicate the bears are not threatened with extinction. The bears have held this statussince 1991.

Details from the 3 December 2018 press release below.

“To hunt seals, its most important food source, these bears use sea-ice and some of the same sit-and-wait techniques familiar to ice fishers. Predictions for longer and longer ice-free Arctic summers will make seal hunting much more difficult for Polar Bear.

However, Inuit, who know the species well, are cautiously optimistic, suggesting that the bear’s adaptability may save it, even if seals become more difficult to capture.

In its assessment, COSEWIC took account both of…
